At Ajmal KSA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Ajmal KSA account and navigate to 'My Orders' to submit a return request, or contact our customer support team with your order number.

  Quality Verification

  Ensure the perfume bottle and outer box are sealed and untampered with; for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used beauty products.

• 3.
  Package Collection

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the item from your registered shipping address.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
